For graduates and professionals considering a career change, entering the data industry can be challenging. Beyond technical expertise, skills such as communication, collaboration, and problem-solving are equally important. Traineeships therefore play a vital role in bridging the gap between education and professional practice by combining theoretical knowledge, industry certifications, and hands-on experience.

The Heroes Academy is designed to bridge this gap and is now entering its fourth year. Over the years, it has evolved into a well-established traineeship programme that prepares participants for a successful career in Data & AI. During the six-month programme, trainees gain hands-on experience with technologies such as Microsoft Fabric, Azure Databricks, and Power BI, supported and mentored by experienced consultants working in the field.
The first fourteen weeks
The first fourteen weeks focus on building a solid foundation in data, AI, SQL, and data modelling. Trainees then put their knowledge into practice by contributing to real client projects, allowing them to develop technical expertise while gaining valuable professional experience. The programme also places strong emphasis on consultancy skills, effective communication, and personal development.
