Heroes Academy - Data Engineer

About the academy
Heroes academy consists of a paid six-month program. The first three months will be a fast-paced learning program in which you will learn everything you need to know about how to be a data engineer. Python, Databricks, Azure functions, and PowerBI are just a small selection of all the tools you will be working with. The final three months of the Heroes academy will be crucial, as you will get to put everything you’ve learned to the test at real clients. A selection of companies Heroes have worked with include Philips, the city of Breda, Unica, Eneco, and ASML.
Key requirements:
You are based in the Netherlands.
You are passionate about data.
You have an analytical mindset and a problem-solving attitude.
You have excellent communication skills and a teamwork mentality.
You have an eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
Bonus points:
You have a basic understanding of programming concepts.
You have experience in another field and are looking to make a change.
Working at Heroes
Heroes academy is a comprehensive traineeship program, created for individuals who are willing to enter Data Engineering, but are unable to do so due to a lack of professional experience in the industry. The academy is aimed at kickstarting their careers by combining the learning element with professional project experience and Microsoft certifications. The program is carefully crafted but requires high motivation and has a quick pace.
