Job description
As an AI Engineer at Heroes, you will play a pivotal role in understanding and addressing both our company's and our clients' unique challenges, leveraging AI capabilities to devise innovative solutions.
You will lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify key business areas where AI can drive significant benefits, guiding these teams through the process of conceptualizing and implementing AI solutions. Additionally, you will analyze and explain complex AI solutions, ensuring they meet high ethical standards. This role demands a combination of strategic thinking, team leadership, and a deep understanding of AI and its practical applications in a business context.
Key requirements:
You have a college or university degree, preferably in a technical direction.
You have extensive knowledge of Azure AI architecture.
You are very familiar with Cognitive Services (i.e. custom vision, text analysis or anomaly detection).
You master at least one machine learning language (i.e. R, Python, TensorFlow).
You have a solid understanding of data analytics.
You have at least 3 years of development experience in .NET and Azure technologies (i.e. services, functions, storage).
You are very familiar with Agile/Scrum.
Bonus points:
You have some experience with the Power Platform (especially PowerBI) or are willing to learn about it.
You are familiar with DevOps and CI/CD.
